Intelligence-Based Solutions for Business Owners who Operate Without Guesswork
We research what you cannot research yourself, build a decision system your business is missing, and stay in the loop while you use it.
Why This Work Matters
Organizations operating in complex environments face information overload, fragmented reporting, and false signals that distort judgment. Data exists, but without structure, context, and disciplined analysis, it fails to support decision-making.
Intelligence discipline provides a framework for collecting, evaluating, and communicating information, so leaders can act with clarity in uncertain situations.

Meet the Founder
Ricardo Alonzo is a former U.S. Army Intelligence Analyst and the founder of the Institution of the Americas by Rickynomics. He works with business owners, investors, and operators who need to make decisions in uncertain, high-stakes environments where incomplete information creates financial risk.
His work focuses on building structured intelligence systems that replace guesswork with repeatable decision processes. Clients use this to evaluate markets, assess partners, identify hidden risks, and act with clarity when others hesitate.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Homeland and Corporate Security, earned concurrently, and an MBA in Real Estate. This combination allows him to connect intelligence methodology with financial analysis, regulatory exposure, and operational strategy in real-world business environments.
Drawing from military intelligence operations, geopolitical and economic research, and professional instruction in open-source intelligence, his approach emphasizes disciplined analysis, verifiable data, and clear reporting that leads to action.
He works with companies and investors who need to understand what is actually happening beneath surface-level narratives, especially when capital, partnerships, or expansion decisions are on the line.
